| NORWEGIAN BUSINESS SCHOLARS' TRUST
The Bridge Ward Club Norwegian Business Scholars' Trust was initiated by Geoffrey Bond DL in 2002. It is registered as a charity and the Chairman of Bridge Ward Club and the Ambassador for Norway to the Court of St James's are ex officio trustees. The purpose of the Trust Fund is to advance business education by establishing and maintaining one or more scholarships for young people regardless of gender or ethnicity who are between the ages of 18 and 30 years of age and in full-time study at the BI Norwegian School of Management, Oslo, the Sir John Cass Business School, City University, London or such other academic institutions in the United Kingdom or Norway as approved by the Trustees. The business scholar for 2009 was Jonathan Pühl, a student at BI Norwegian School of Management, who spent his placement with Dresdner Kleinwort, before going on to study at Cass Business School, part of City University.
